Terms & conditions

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Sons of Destiny Records Ltd, trading as Jeozi Fragrances ("we", "us", "our").

Registered office: Holland Rise House, Clapham Road, SW9 0HS
Company number: 13906343
Email: info@jeozifragranceandmore.co.uk

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it, so changes made later will not affect an order you have already placed.

3. Our products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours shown on screen depend on your display, and packaging is occasionally updated by the manufacturer, so slight variation from the images is possible.

All fragrances we sell are genuine and sourced from authorised suppliers. If you ever believe otherwise, contact us and we will investigate.

We may change or withdraw any product at any time. Where a product is out of stock we will say so rather than accept an order we cannot fulfil.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched — not when you receive the automatic acknowledgement of your order.

We may decline an order where the product is unavailable, where a price or description was wrong, where we cannot verify payment, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate. The price you see is the price you pay for the goods; any delivery charge is shown separately before you confirm the order.

If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store your card details. Where you choose to pay using a credit or deferred payment option, that arrangement is a separate agreement between you and the provider, subject to their terms and eligibility checks.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

We aim to dispatch within the timeframe shown at checkout. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed. If we cannot, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If nobody is available, the carrier will follow its own procedure for redelivery or collection.

6.1 Restrictions that apply to fragrance

Alcohol-based fragrance is classified as a flammable liquid for transport (UN1266). This is a legal classification, not a policy of ours, and it has practical consequences:

7. Cancelling and returning an order

If you are a consumer you have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms removes them. The returns process we operate is set out below and in full in our Refund policy.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will stop it if we can, refunding you in full. Once it has been dispatched, you may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason, but the item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends — by email, through our returns form, or in writing. Simply refusing delivery or returning goods without telling us can delay your refund.

You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. Until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility, so we recommend a tracked and insured service. We process refunds once your return has arrived and been checked — please allow up to 21 working days from that point for the money to reach your account.

We refund the price of the goods. The original delivery charge is not refunded on a standard return, as the delivery was provided; we do refund it where the return is our error. If your order qualified for free delivery and the return brings it below that threshold, £3.95 is deducted to cover the delivery we absorbed.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to examine them — in the same way you could in a shop.

7.1 Sealed goods

Fragrance is supplied sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once that seal is broken we cannot resell the bottle or dispose of it safely, so we cannot accept the return of an opened or used fragrance where you have simply changed your mind. Please check the bottle and its packaging before unsealing it.

This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

8. Faulty or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and how long you have had the goods.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us and we will put it right at our cost, including return postage.

9. Returns

Our Refund policy sets out the full returns terms, including condition requirements, excluded items, delivery charges and processing times. Our Delivery & returns page covers delivery itself.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We are not liable for business losses. If you use the goods for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for goods you have paid for but not received.

12. Website content

The content of this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it commercially without our written permission.

We may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

13. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

We may suspend or close an account where these terms are being misused.

14. Your personal data

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have under UK data protection law.

15. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at info@jeozifragranceandmore.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and resolve them as quickly as we can.

If we cannot resolve matters between us, you may be able to refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider. We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

If we do not insist that you meet an obligation, or delay in enforcing our rights, that does not prevent us enforcing them later.

The contract is between you and us. Nobody else has any rights to enforce it.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts, and the consumer protection law of that country continues to apply to you.
